Privacy Policy

This policy covers the King Strategic Solutions nonprofit pages at kingstrategic.solutions/nonprofits/. It describes what this site actually does.

The Short Version

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts.
• Fonts, images, and code are served from this site. Your browser does not contact other companies when you read these pages.
• The cost calculator on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.
• If you use the contact form, your message is sent by email through Formspree.

The Contact Form

The form collects your name, email address, and message, plus your organization and role if you choose to give them. It is processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers the submission to Kimberly by email. Formspree may keep a copy of submissions under its own privacy policy.

Your information is used only to reply to you. It is not sold, rented, or added to a mailing list.

Booking A Call

The “Book a discovery call” links open a Google Calendar booking page. That page is run by Google, and the details you enter there are covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Server Logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like nearly every web host, its servers keep standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running. They are not used to identify or track visitors.

Do Not Track

This site does not track visitors across sites, so a Do Not Track signal does not change anything here.

Children

This site is meant for adults running or supporting nonprofit organizations. It is not directed to children under 13.

Your Choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your messages deleted, email kimberly@kingstrategic.solutions.

Changes

If the site starts collecting anything new, this policy will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
